Who we are

Jordan's Water Garden Solutions is a pond and water feature contractor owned by Jordan Blanton, serving Richmond, VA and the surrounding counties. This policy covers the website at jordanswatersolutions.com. The booking page at offers.jordanswatersolutions.com is covered in its own section below.

What we collect, and when

Most of this site asks nothing of you. You can read every page without giving us anything. We collect details only when you choose to send them:

• The estimate calculator. Your answers about the project (the type of water feature, its size, the five questions about how you want to enjoy it, your timeline and budget), the street address or town where the yard is, and your first name, last name, phone number and email address.
• Any other form on the site. The same contact details and whatever you type in the message.
• Calls and texts. If you call or text (804) 719-4761, the business keeps your number and the conversation so Jordan can follow up. If you text photos of your yard, we keep them for your project.

We do not ask for payment details on this website.

Why we collect it

To call you back. The calculator shows you a price range, and Jordan uses the same answers to prepare for your free phone consultation and, if you go ahead, for the onsite visit and the quote. The address tells him the drive. The budget and timeline help him size the design. Nothing you answer is held against you.

Where it goes

When you submit the calculator or a form, the site sends your details to the business's customer relationship system, which is run by GoHighLevel, a third party service. That is where Jordan reads your enquiry, where the follow-up task is created if you do not book, and where your record lives afterwards. GoHighLevel holds the data on the business's behalf under its own terms and privacy policy.

The website itself does not keep a copy of your submission. It passes the details on, may email a copy to the business so Jordan sees it quickly, and records nothing more than a server log of the request.

Booking a consultation

After you ask for an estimate, our booking page shows a scheduling calendar, which is also run by GoHighLevel on the business's behalf and loads from link.relations-ai.com. It asks for your name, phone and email to hold the appointment and may send you a confirmation and a reminder. Booking lands you on a thank-you page on this site.

Analytics and the chat widget

The site may use an analytics tool to count visits and see which pages people read, and it may load a chat widget so you can message Jordan from the page. Both are being set up as this policy is written. If they are running, the analytics tool records your visit in aggregate (pages, device, rough location from your connection) and the chat widget records what you type into it. Neither is used to sell you anything from anyone else.

The site uses no advertising cookies and does not track you across other websites.

What we never do

We do not sell, rent or trade your details. The only people who see them are Jordan and his team, the services named above that handle them for us, and anyone the law requires us to tell.

How long we keep it

Your record stays in the customer system so that Jordan can look after your pond in later years, since a pond needs a spring clean-out and a fall visit for as long as it is in the ground. If you never go ahead with a project, you can ask us to delete the record at any time.

Seeing, correcting or deleting your details

Call or text (804) 719-4761 and ask. Tell us the name and phone number you used, and we will send you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. We do not publish an email address for this yet; the phone number is the way to reach us.

Children

This site is for homeowners. We do not knowingly collect details from anyone under 18. If a child has sent us something, call or text the number above and we will remove it.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, so what you type is encrypted on the way to us. The customer system and the booking page are run by GoHighLevel, which protects the data it holds under its own security practices. No system is perfect. If your details are ever exposed, we will tell you.

Changes to this policy

If what the site does changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top moves. The current version is always the one you are reading here.
