The drive
How travel figures in the quote
There is no travel line on this site because the drive is not a flat fee. Jordan quotes it into the estimate on the phone call, once he knows where you are and what the job is. A fountain in Bon Air and a koi pond in Crozet are different trips, and the number you hear on the call already covers getting to your yard and back.
The estimate calculator gives you the range for the pond itself: koi ponds from $275 per square foot, pondless waterfalls from $2,000 per linear foot, fountainscapes from $5,300. The call adds the drive and the questions about your yard, and the site visit turns the range into a figure.
